Apply for a Grant

 The NWGII Foundation holds its annual board meeting every spring in Tucson, Arizona, during which grant applications are considered. Organizations wishing to submit a grant application for consideration should have their application package mailed and/or delivered to one of the following addresses:

All applications will be carefully considered prior to the Foundation's Annual Meeting in late Spring. 
The meeting dates vary from year to year.

The due date is March 31, 2023

 

 Application packages must include the following:

A cover letter describing your organization and the project for which you are seeking a grant. This letter should provide as much information as possible including, but not limited to:

  • The history of your organization.

  • Your mission statement.

  • How your organization and/or the subject project impacts your community.

  • Dollar amount requested, and how grant funds would be utilized.

  • Verification of your organization's 501(c)3 status.

  • An annual budget including the sources of revenue and nature of expenses for the past fiscal year of your organization and a projection for the fiscal year for which the grant is requested.

IN ORDER TO COMPLETE YOUR SUBMISSION YOU MUST INCLUDE POOF OF 501C3 STATUS
AND A COPY OF YOUR WORKING BUDGET.
